To ensure faster response times and proper tracking of all requests, all support queries must be submitted through our ticket system instead of WhatsApp or social media messages. This helps our team prioritize, monitor, and resolve issues efficiently.
Before Opening a Ticket
Please include as much detail as possible:
- Your name and company name
- Website or account related to the issue
- A clear description of the problem
- Contact number and email address
Important
- One issue per ticket helps us resolve problems faster.
- Urgent issues should be marked as High Priority.
- Please allow time for our support team to investigate and respond.
- Opening multiple tickets for the same issue may delay support.
Support Hours
Our support team operates during normal business hours. After-hours requests may be attended to on the next business day.
